Greetings BiggerPockets Community!

An interest in people, building (and buildings) and seeking ways to generate wealth have lead me to real estate. I'm new in this journey and am on the edge of my first investment/s. Learning about SFR and multi-family with an investment strategy coming together focusing on cash flow.
