New to RE Investing from NYC

Hey, BP community -

I'm new to the RE Investing scene and ready to soak up as much information as possible.  My short term goal is to have my first property by the end of 2017 and my long term goal is to buy and rent out single family and multi family homes.  I've been especially intrigued with the idea of buying and renting in college towns in the tri-state area.

I'm also looking to connect with fellow hopeful investors in the area and share ideas and learn best practices.

If you'd like to connect or have any advice I'm down to chat!

Zach
