Hi everyone! My name is Jessica, I'm from Maryland ( PG County to be exact, Go Skins!!) I am looking to invest in the Baltimore area. I have 0 experience in real estate investing but I'm ready to jump in. I've been reading this site trying to get as educated as possible. I am a slight bit worried about finding funding but I'm seeing that it is possible to invest without it. Anyways I'm really excited and hopefully some of you can help me out. Maybe even meet up with some people from the area!
