I'm new to bigger pockets. My name is Edward I'm looking for local Reia meetings to start attending. Im interested in wholesale real estate. I'm starting my marketing campaign with direct mail. If anyone have tips or advice that would be greatly appreciated. I listen to the BP podcast daily. It's really insightful and helpful. And this community on BP is awesome.
