Hello everyone my name is Billy Kennick. I am 23 years old, located in Salt Lake City, UT. I am in between jobs at the moment and looking for more financial and personal freedom. I currently have no experience in real estate but am striving everyday to become more educated on the subject in any way possible. I was referred to BiggerPockets by a friend. I am intrigued at the thought of generating cash-flow through all avenues of real-estate. I am driven to soak up as much information as possible on ways to be successful in this field. What attracts me to real estate is the ability to be self-employed while surrounding myself with like minded, driven individuals.
