Hello all, it's been a long time since I've been on here, but my life took me on a wild detour for a few years. Luckily I found my way back and thankfully I am in a better position now to invest in real estate than I was before. Unfortunately I am finding myself stuck in a bit of analysis paralysis and want to get out. I'm wondering if there is anyone on here that deals primarily with short and long term rentals that could potentially lend a mentoring hand to get me off and running in the right direction so I'm not just digging my nose into books and online forever. Anyone and everyone would be awesome to talk to and if there is someone in the Salt Lake City, UT area that would be willing to meet up at some point that would be amazing. Hello everyone my name is Billy Kennick. I am 23 years old, located in Salt Lake City, UT. I am in between jobs at the moment and looking for more financial and personal freedom. I currently have no experience in real estate but am striving everyday to become more educated on the subject in any way possible. I was referred to BiggerPockets by a friend. I am intrigued at the thought of generating cash-flow through all avenues of real-estate. I am driven to soak up as much information as possible on ways to be successful in this field. What attracts me to real estate is the ability to be self-employed while surrounding myself with like minded, driven individuals.
