Hi BP!

It feels so great to be a part of such an intelligent and motivational community. I've been aboard for a few weeks now and am very grateful to have so many resources and relatable others to work, learn, and grow with.

I'm taking my first few steps as a wholesaler. I've studied and read nonstop, researched, attended seminars, and have done everything I believe I should have to get started in this business. I have to say, I really am anxious and feel like this is where my heart and head should be. I'm ready!

In the near future, after I've built up my education about real estate a little bit more of course, I want to move into house flipping. I've always had an eye for interior designing and remodeling, but I know lots of education and hard work will be needed to enter that part of real estate. So until then I have no problem with being patient and getting to know the business and connect with others.
