Hi folks,  

I am a Carpenter/Superintendent for a construction company in the metro east St. Louis area.  I'm very interested in buy and hold real estate investing, with the potential for flips as well due to my skill set and contacts in the local construction industry.  I have enjoyed listening to the podcast and reading the various topics in the forums.  I'm looking forward to my future as a real estate investor!
