Kind of new member from SoCal

Hello, 

My name is Power (or PK). I've been lurking on these forums off and on and finally decided to start doing more. 

I actually grew up around the real estate investing, my parents always talked about real estate with me since I was kid. I actually bought a house with them, and renting out the rooms in them. I'm looking to do more, especially out of state.
