Hello Everyone!

I am a new real estate investor and I just went PRO for my membership on BP! YES! I am so so so excited to begin my investing journey. I have always wanted to be an investor. Up until a few months ago I had the normal preconceived notion that in order to be an investor you have to have capital. So I did the only thing I thought might help my real estate journey and got my license!

Now I know you can start without cash or credit by wholesaling or assigning contracts! This is such a relief! I have been doing my research for months and have read so many books. I wanted to invest in my education, and trust me, I have been. With thousands of dollars spent and no income coming in, I have fell into a hole.

I discovered BP however, and I have never felt so confident about my decision. I know BP is going to change my life. I already feel like it has just from some of the connections I have made! I am committing 100% into becoming a successful investor. There is no other option.

I am determined and I am thrilled to be here and take advantage of all BP has to offer!

So with that being said, anyone have any advice for a newbie on BP? :)
