Hi, I'm Manuel Vidal from Rockville, MD. I'm 30 yrs old and have no previous experience on Real Estate. I'm a motivated IT Consultant on the DC area that really wants to get out of the corporate world and the rat race. Currently listening and learning from the BP podcast and reading every book I can. Looking forward to make my first deal maybe on the Germantown, MD area by summer 2017. Any guidance or recommendations is more than welcome.
