Hi everyone, I am new to bigger pockets and I love it so far. I listen to the podcast on the way to work each day. I am an experienced investor, I just purchased my fourth property in Durham region (near Toronto) and I plan to use the brrr strategy. Would love to connect with others in the area to talk real estate. My goal is to become a full time investor and I will keep chipping away until I do! I am currently in the middle of renovating the mf home I purchased. I love renovations and am very capable, my day job is a mechanical engineer. I love to get out from behind he desk and build something with my hands! Thanks
