Yeah trying to be different in saying Hello. I've been listening to the Biggerpockets Podcast they had a wealth of information so just had to come and sign up and take advantage of all the knowledge and experience here! I'm in California and bought my house and watched the investor make a boat load! Sooo I say time to learn a new skill. Looking for others in my area and out of state in a more affordale market.
