Hello, Everyone. I just wanted to stop by and introduce myself. My name is Dennis, and I am a newbie (so go easy on me). I dabbled in RE investing back in the early 2000s but got terribly burned by a scam artist and became gun shy. I am, however, ready to jump back in and get the ball rolling. I plan on starting with wholesaling to build some liquidity and then plan on doing some rehab work also. I would welcome any advice that anyone wants to offer.

Likewise, I am in the process of trying to build a solid buyers' list, so if anyone is interested in being on my buyers' list, please PM me and let me know what you are looking for.

Thanks.
