Rental properties in Des Moines Iowa
BP community,
I am new to the BP site and I can't believe I have never come across this great community! My question today is regarding expanding my market to Iowa. I currently live in Colorado with some properties here but want to broaden my market. I will be in Des Moines next week and want to meet with some real estate agents and property management companies. I am interested in buy and hold strategy with multi family or single family properties. Also if anyone can provide insight on the local market around being able to cash flow, what are appropriate cap rates and the overall competition in this market. Thanks in advance!!
Warmest regards
Brandon
