Hello All,
I'm Grey and am new to the real estate investing world. I have heard many great things about Bigger Pockets and looking forward to utilizing the many resources it has to offer!
I have currently graduated college and am working full time in Charlotte. After accruing some capital, I would like to buy my first property by next July. Being 23 now, my ultimate goal is to be financially independent by 30. A goal which I have realized may be easier than I thought with the help of real estate investing.
That being said, I know it will take some work. Any advice? Thanks ahead of time.

Welcome to BP Grey. Getting educated would be the best way to start. You can start with the Free course here https://www.biggerpockets.com/courses/a-beginners-introduction-to-real-estate-investing. Good luck on the first deal.
