I've been a member of BiggerPockets for a while now but have never really utilized the tools and information provided by this community.

I am looking to make a change in my life, and I believe investing in real estate can facilitate this change.

I am looking forward to seeing what I can learn from this community.

I'm mainly interested in obtaining rental properties to gain a certain amount of passive income became making any career changing decisions.
