Hello! My name is DJ and I am a new investor located in Charlotte, NC. I have my NC real estate license and I work with a buyer who does about 6-8 deals a month in the greater Charlotte area. I'm here on BiggerPockets looking to further educate myself on the various aspects of real estate investing and to build my network both locally and beyond. I work primarily with wholesalers and investors looking for fix & flip and buy & hold projects. I look forward to growing as an investor and interacting with all of the awesome members here on BP!
