Hey there!  I'd like to introduce myself to the BP community!  My name is William Newman, and I'm looking to invest in the Spokane Washington area.  I live and work here full time and looking to purchase several rental properties in the near future.  I'm a numbers guy and like to do extensive research prior to purchasing, but I'm also working hard to avoid Paralysis by analysis!  I'd love to chat with other local investors that may have questions or tips for me; I'm all ears!
