I'm full time IT worker and recent college graduate looking to put my income to work.  Would love to make some connections on here for both local market advice and investment opportunities.  I am interested in starting my journey investing in multifamily and single family homes from Round Rock to San Marcos.  I've been listening to bigger pockets podcast and have started to read some of the books recommended by the guests while saving up for my first down payment.  I would like my first investment to occur in around 6 months so I can live in/rent a multifamily if I can find the right deal at the time.
