Hello Real Estate World,

My name is Labib Damouni and I am relatively new to real estate investing. I started listening to the Bigger Pockets podcast about five months ago and I decided today that I had waited long enough to start my journey into real estate investing. Specifically, I am interested in buy and hold properties. I want to have enough rental properties so that I could sustain my life just on the property cash flow alone. I know it is going to be tough and there are going to be challenges at every step, but I am a determined person and I will reach my goal and then some. If anyone has advise on where I should start, I would greatly appreciate it.

By the way I have already bought all the Bigger Pockets books on rental properties. Thank you.
