My name is Alex Wong and I am a rookie investor. I spent the past half-decade earning the CPA license and CFA charter while paying off my student loan. With all that in the backburner and with my career slowly progressing, I would like to seriously consider real estate investing as a way to build passive income. I would like to build it slowly over time, buying at most 2 properties every year. The goal isn’t to completely leave my corporate job but to use the steady stream of W-2 income to fund my investment. I enjoy my job and I enjoy investing.

I look forward to meeting other like-minded investors.
