Hello everyone! I'm new to this site but I do have some experience in real estate investing. I wanted to give a brief intro about myself and hopefully establish relationships with others with the same mindset. 

I've been investing in stocks for a few years and then bough my first duplex in 2015. I much prefer real estate investing to the stock market. So, I'm looking to get more involved with real estate investing by in purchasing 4-10 unit buildings in the Cleveland, OH and the surrounding areas. Besides rental properties, I am also looking at wholesaling as well as buying single family homes and setting up lease options. I'm still trying to figure out if I will stick to one type of real estate investing (aka finding my niche) or being an opportunist and get involved in deals when I feel its a great opportunity.

Anyways, I'd love to hear your thoughts and am happy to be on this site with such knowledgeable people. Looking forward to learning and growing with everyone else on this site.
