Hello all! My name is Chris and I am a real estate agent in San Diego who wants to become an investor. This is actually my second BP post, I just posted a specific question about door knocking on the Do It Yourself page (if you want to check it out, I would really appreciate it!)

I want to get into deals as soon as I possibly can, as real estate investing was the original reason I became an agent. I did not realize that most agents are not investors... that blows my mind! I have been listening to BP podcasts pretty much nonstop since I joined a few days ago, and have already learned a ton of new things. But it has only made me hungry for more.

I am thinking of beginning with wholesaling, as it doesn't require much (or any?) capital. What do you all think? Is this a good start? Are there better ways to start? Keep in mind that I am in a very high price point area, so flipping does not seem feasible quite yet (this is a dream of mine, though). I would love to talk about this and other things, and network with anyone who's making it happen right now.

Thank you very much for reading my post!
