Hey BP community! My name is Chiedu and I recently moved back to Raleigh. I do have little experience in REI, with a few rental properties. My goal is to reach financial freedom and flexibility. Interested in fix & flips and wholesaling. At the moment focusing on identifying what constitutes a good deal for investors in my area? Would love to know what areas in RE other members in my area are into and what constitutes a deal for you in our current market?
