Hi Everybody!

I'm a new investor based out of Pasadena and interested in investing in rental properties out of state.

I've been a part time real estate agent for about 3 years now while working as a data analyst and decided to jump into real estate investing. If anyone is in the Pasadena area and would be interested in chatting about property analysis and real estate in general, let me know!
