New investor in Southern California

Hi Everyone!

I am a newbie real estate investor from Southern California. I currently have two properties both in  California including the condo I am currently living in. My other property I own free and clear and I am in the process of turning it into a rental.

My current goals are to buy SFH and small multifamilies in the NW Indiana area to generate passive income. I am here to build networks, and KEEP learning on a daily basis.I have been listening to the podcast and reading everything I can get a hold of for the last year or so and I am finally ready to dive in. I welcome any advice or questions.
