Hello all!

I am a new member looking to learn how to invest in real estate without having a very large capital base to begin with. My background is in sales and finance, with an emphasis on wealth management and trading. I am an active investor in the capital markets which I believe would translate well to the real estate market. I am Chicago/Chicago suburbs based and always open to networking.
