Hey! I've been working my way through the podcasts and lurking on the forum for just over a month now. I'm currently house hacking in Estes Park CO, but due to the high prices in the area, I can't see myself buying any more property around here, at least not anytime soon.

At this point I'm studying single family and small multifamily in my home state of Iowa.

Thanks for all the great info here on BP. I'm soaking up as much info as I can.
