Good morning!  Excited to jump on, learn and meet those in the field.  I've listed to Brandon and Josh on the BP podcasts for 3 months.  

Would love to make the jump from having 8 SFH rentals to our goal of 100 SFH. Hope to connect with a local group of like minded folks to share lessons learned. We've been investing since 2007 with a goal of 1 house per year. Definitely not as fast as some on here but we are in solid deals with good numbers to keep us moving forward. Would love to hear or learn from those of you that have made the jump from 8-10 Rentals to 100+ rentals. I understand there a whole host of new problems to solve when you get that big.
