Hi,

My wife and I have been learning about real estate investing since March. We can't wait to make a deal. We're currently sending out yellow letters and putting out bandit signs. Had some calls, but no deals yet. As long as the phone is ringing I'm okay with that. Everyday is a progress. Staying positive and keep moving forward.
