Hows it going everybody? My name is Joshua Duncan and I am a beginning real estate investor with a lot of ambition. I am currently an LAPD officer and I am going to be a real estate investor because I want to provide for my wife and future family the best that I possibly can. I have the time and the effort I just need to finally turn it into action. Right now I am looking out of state because everything is just too expensive here in the LA area as it relates to buy and hold investing. I am currently looking for an out of state partner that is a boots on the ground kind of guy/gal who is interested in multifamily buy and hold. I look forward to talking with and working with y'all.
