My name is Scott Pearce & I'm a proud Team Leader & Real Estate Agent with The Pearce Group at Schuler Bauer Real Estate Services/ERA.  I've been a full-time agent since 2014 with well over 150 transactions under my belt & even though I enjoy what I do I'm ready to start investing in real estate myself.  I'm most interested in W. Clark & Greater Clark counties in Southern Indiana, however I'm not completely opposed to Floyd county.  As of now my main goal (other than continue to build my sales career) is to purchase investment properties, but I would like to flip a few in the beginning to build up a little more capital.
