Hi all, 

My name is Evan Price and I'm a software engineer just getting started in Atlanta, GA. Currently renting and looking for a place to live that will eventually become a rental property. Looking to learn more about single family rentals for now, get my feet wet with a place for myself. I've been diving deep into the podcasts and attended last week's webinar.  Really looking forward to being a part of the BP community.
