Awesome work!

We never followed through on it (used private money instead), but did have discussions and was offered terms on a cash out refi from Community & Southern Bank. We did have our business banking account with them at the time so the relationship already existed. They were recently purchased and are now called Bank of the Ozarks; not sure of their policies now, but could be worth a try.

@Jack Tucker those are impressive numbers and very encouraging for someone from ATL that is starting to look into multi-family units in the Athens market!

Hello!

I am new to the forums, but have been reading this site nearly everyday for the last month and have already learned quite a bit. I live in Roswell, GA and am a partner in an LLC that bought our first (and currently only) property in Chamblee in September.

We are looking forward to expanding our portfolio in 2015 and have targeted the Athens area as a potential spot.  As an alumnus of UGA, this is appealing for many different reasons.

I look forward to becoming a part of the community and learning a bunch.
