Hi all,

I'm a new member from Lafayette, Louisiana interested in real estate investment with absolutely no experience other than the purchase of my primary home. My main interest is in buy and hold investing, especially the BRRR method they've been mentioning recently on the podcast. I've been looking in the area without much success but would be willing to invest at a distance as well. Looking forward to gaining some insight from you all and hopefully to someday be helpful to new members like me.
