Hi Everybody,

Thought I would stop by and introduce myself. My name is Adam and for the past 2 weeks every time I get in my car, I binge on Bigger Pockets Podcasts. I'm located in Morris County, about 45 minutes west of Manhattan. I've been interested in real estate for some time but would like to get a bit more serious.

To date, my personal biggest real estate accomplishment was buying my first property at 24 years old (primary residence). I'm not dead set on one particular type of REI but think ultimately I would like to get into buy & hold to generate income (landlord) and build long term wealth for myself and my family.
