Hello Bigger Pockets community! 

My name is Vincent. I am a 19 year old high school graduate, Eagle scout, & black belt, who is trying to break into the real estate investing world. I decided before I graduated high school that I was going to take at least a year from going directly into college. I wanted to see if there were any better options out there, than sinking into student loan debt. Currently I have no debt and am extremely motivated to start investing. I know that I have a lot of learning to do, and am hoping a community like this can help me get to where I need to be. Feel free to message me, my hunger for knowledge is strong.
