Whats up guys,

My names Colin. I'm a fairly new agent building a real estate business in St. Louis.  I own and manage a 3 unit investment property in south St. Louis city. I'm contemplating starting my own property management company. I'm looking for a new investment now..Rental or even a flip if I find something..
