Hello from Indianapolis

Hello,

My name is Marc Freislinger, I am co-owner of JTT Properties, LLC in Indianapolis. I have been married a little over a year, I have a 4 year old daughter, and a baby to be born by the end of the month. I began investing in real estate in 2004 when I bought my first duplex. Things progressed quickly, and then crashed down a little over a year ago. I've since realized that my investment strategy was sound, but my management was not. Tenants no longer get a free ride in my properties.

I'm nearing the end of the debt I ended up in, and though my credit is trashed, I am hoping to begin investing again very soon in the Indianapolis area. I am doing property management and remodel work for investors in Indianapolis, and would like to flip my next property by the end of the year.

I have been a member of reiclub.com for a while, and recently found this place. I am very interested in meeting people in my area who have the same passion for real estate that I do.
