Recent college grad looking to learn

Hello All --

I've joined BiggerPockets to network with experienced investors specifically with expertise in flipping houses. I've recently graduated college in May 2016 and moved to the NYC area from Philadelphia to work in Finance. Now that I'm settled in at my job and starting to accumulate capital.

Born and raised in Philadelphia, I have a strong understanding of the neighborhoods and would like to network with investors who flip houses in the Philadelphia market. I've spent the past month or so educating myself with introductory books and internet research, and am now looking to speak with investors with firsthand experience as the next step of my education. I look forward to networking with as many people as possible and continuing to learn!
