New to BP

Hello all, my name is TJ and I reside in Minneapolis MN. I am 33 yrs old and have been very successful in the supply chain world. I have owned my own window washing/ power washing business so I understand the grind of starting my own business and how slow it can be. I have always wanted to get into real estate investing and now is a great time for me to do so. My goal is to find a mentor in the area and become a wholesaler and eventually get some rental units. So if you wholesale in the Minneapolis area and would like to be a mentor please message me.

I have been reading BP for a while now and can't wait to get inputs and hope to provide some valuable information as well in the future.
