Hey y'all, I have been investing in real estate for about 4 years now, starting with buy and hold, trying a flip, accumulating a few brrr's, and now learning the world of real estate development first hand with some infill development in Nashville of single family detached and attached homes. My business partner works in the business full time, while I carry a salaried job as well. The long term plan is to continue to do real estate development in order to fund growth in a rental portfolio. We have done an amazing job picking neighborhoods and realizing appreciation, however we need to get better at the rental side of the business. Our mistakes have been covered over by the hot market in the past, but we need to tighten up if we are going to thrive in the down market as well. Im here to learn from the best and hopefully I can contribute some of the lessons I have learned as well! Thanks, Sean
