My wife and I are getting closer to our first flip purchase in Columbus Ohio. I just stopped by to say hi and introduce myself. I hope to find some fellow flippers in my area...if you are one please introduced yourself. This site is amazing and I will continue to explore it.

I'm an experienced flipper in Columbus, I've been flipping full time for 3.5 years and flip about 20 houses/year in desirable owner occupant neighborhoods (not rentals).
