Hello BP. My is Dwayne and Im looking to get into wholesaling starting next(currently deployed). Im looking to network.  I have read books and look at videos so I have a couple of questions. Is necessary to have you real estate license to be successful in this business? The whole no money down or no credit method, is that still relevant in todays investing?
