Hello everyone, I am so happy to finally join BP!
I am sincerely amazed by how knowledgeable and friendly the BP community is and I'm eager to learn and contribute as I find my niche and get more familiar with REI.

A bit about myself, I live in Cincinnati and work in the pediatric health field, but my goal is to become a full time real estate investor. I started saving early and own several rental properties locally and abroad but I haven't invested professionally yet as I want to educate myself before taking action.

I was born and raised in Tel Aviv, Israel and have moved to SoCal (Los Angeles) at age 19 to help my American dad with his real estate business. My dad had past away the following year, and I was left with many questions and little answers... but I am motivated enough to follow his foot steps and make it happen.

My short term goal is to "buy and hold" for steady income (debating single vs multi family), and also study retail/flipping as a next step. Still being somewhat torn regarding wholesaling.

I've joined our local REIA group and my main goal right now is to study analyzing properties.

I was wondering if anyone could advise on best strategy to decide on a niche, good forums, books and just any guidance would be appreciated.
I would love to connect with good people nationally and locally and learn from each other (I often travel to Dayton, Lima, Columbus, Indianapolis and New York).

Thank you and please feel free to drop a line anytime :)
