Hi everyone,

I am a family new member to BP. I have spent most of my career as a Tenant Rep Commerical Real Estate Broker. That's my 8-7 gig. I also have my own company, The Addeo Group, LLC. Ultimately I would like to buy-sell or buy-hold as well as redevelop multi family and mixed use buildings. So, here is the thing...Since I am now a LLC broker, I thought it may be worth wild build do some residential work (to raise cash). I would love some guidance on how to get listings or anything that would be helpful to me to learn. Thank you in advance. Go easy on me.. Ha I am the newbie.
