Hello World of Real Estate Investors!

Hi everyone!

My name is Jinwoong and I'm a college student who expects to graduate in December this year.

Luckily, I got a job at an asset management company in Manhattan as a software developer, and I will be start working from January next year.

As I will be working and make stable income soon, I wanted to buy a home to live with my wife as soon as possible, so I started to do some research and I found a book written by Brandon Turner in Amazon. While I was reading this book, I realized that this is the perfect way I was looking for. I signed up for BiggerPockets and became a Pro member after listening to Brandon's webinar.

I'm definitely interested in buying a multiplex house with FHA and 203k loans. Since I live in Queens, houses are pretty expensive, but I'm sure there are many creative ways to purchase the property I want. Any comments and tips about buying the first home and start a journey of real estate investor would be appreciated.

Thanks everyone who worked hard to share this valuable knowledge and experience.

Have a wonderful day and wish you all the best!
