Greetings  I am on this site on behalf of my daughter who is now on her third home.  To date she has had good success and is hoping to continue down the same path with more guidance and direction from sites such as Bigger Pockets.

Her focus has been in Northern Oakland County with distressed homes to date and it has been both rewarding and satisfying.  With the competition growing tighter for "quality distressed homes", I am looking to help her identify other options within the space to diversify her income stream and expand her investment strategy in the real estate market.

To date she has accomplished her goals as a cash buyer with no debt to speak of and now wants to accelerate methodically into a more aggressive growth curve.

We look forward to the insights, lessons and information that may be gleaned from bigger pockets.
