Hello All, My name is Paul and we currently own 3 SFR in the city of Lansing. We've (My wife and I) been stumbling through this process for approx. 15 years just kind of getting by. We both work full time and I am convinced that there has got to be a better way of managing these units is how we came upon this site. Would like to find other like minded individuals to build a better network i.e. contractors, lawyers and just some basic advice. I do feel that this area has excellent investment opportunity. I am more interested in SFR in the suburbs/outlining areas of Lansing.
